Walnut Brownies

Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
125g butter
75g coarsely chopped walnuts
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp flour
150g powdered sugar
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Melt chocolate with butter. Add walnuts to chocolate mixture.
Gently add the flour and sugar.
Add the egg yolks one at a time. Mix just until incorporated.
Beat the egg whites to medium peaks. Gently fold the whites into the mixture.
Pour batter into a non-stick rectangular pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
